Welcome to our interactive Home Training page introducing an initiative for players to keep up their training during the week and the holiday period. Whether it is through our very own skills challenges or one of Matt Towlson’s Fitness workouts, we hope to provide fun and engaging training ideas.

Please feel free to post your scores, leave a comment and show us your skills. If you are camera-shy, don’t worry you can always send through a cropped version of just your fancy footwork.

A challenging drill for those who found the V drill too easy! be sure to start slowly and get the technique right before timing yourself and trying to beat Greg's score.
